Ready to explore Fall 2025 with CBA? Whether you're fully committed or just checking things out, this is the place to start. Our Fall Ball season is built for growth, development, and preparing players for the next level, both physically and mentally.
By completing the steps below, you’ll help us get to know your player, understand their goals, and ensure they’re set up for a strong, well-supported season. Submitting this information doesn’t lock you in, but it does let us include you in upcoming workouts, evaluations, and key updates. STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR ATHLETE PROFILE
This gives us your player’s basic info, and lets us know you're interested in Fall Ball. It’s required before attending any evaluations or workouts.
STEP 2: REVIEW FEE AND COMMITMENT EXPECTATIONS
Fall Ball with CBA Apex includes weekly practices, competitive tournament play, and strength & conditioning. While we work hard to keep the experience accessible, travel baseball does involve a financial and time commitment.
Before any roster spots are confirmed, you’ll receive clear information about team expectations, schedule details, and next steps. We believe in transparency so you can make the right choice for your player and your family.
STEP 3: ATTEND A TEAM WORKOUT
Once your form is submitted, we’ll send you details about our next scheduled workout. This is a chance for players to get on the field, meet the coaches, and start building chemistry. It also helps us evaluate skill level and fit before moving forward. Field practice takes place at 3000 Marine Drive, at the Madison Park. You can view upcoming workouts here.
STEP 4: COMPLETE REQUIRED FORMS & AGREEMENT
To get started, you’ll need to complete a set of required forms that help us keep your player safe, informed, and ready for the season. This includes basic player info, emergency contacts, medical authorization, waivers, and agreements around conduct and expectations.
STEP 5: PAY THE CBA TEAM FEE & ORDER UNIFORM + GEAR
Once your player is confirmed for the roster, you’ll be asked to submit the team fee, this detail will be provided via email. We offer an installment option for those who need it, and full instructions will be provided at that time. Once your player's spot is confirmed, you'll also receive information on ordering their uniform and required gear.

Team placement is not finalized until payment arrangements are confirmed.
STEP 6: STAY IN THE LOOP
One the team is confirmed, we'll transition communication for all updates, schedules, and team information through GameChanger app. Make sure your contact info is up to date so nothing gets missed.
